«Vatel And Others Ephemeral Dream’s Arquitects. Banquets, senses and triunfi at European Courts in Modern Era». This paper is about the life and times of François Vatel and his relationship with the French court at Versailles. Our starting point is «Vatel», the film directed by Roland Joffe about this artist’s ephemeral creations, but on the other hand we have tried to compare his works with those by Leonardo da Vinci at Ludovico Sforza Court in Milan the previous century.
