The purpose of this service is to provide or send scanned documentation that has been previously transferred from the Services and Administrative Units to the University Archive.

To do this, you must fill out the form intended for this purpose, in which the data “Transfer Date”, “Box No.” and “Description of Contents” are mandatory, data which appear in the transfer document.
