Technical Support Office

We provide users with technical information on the operation of all ULL online applications (University Entrance Exams, Pre-registration, Online Registration, ULL Website, Electronic Office, University Card, and other ULL services), guiding them through the procedures and explaining how they work. From this office, and through User Management, we offer username and password recovery services to access all ULL services. This option is also available to users automatically without our intervention. Our telephone support has two options: direct call answering and voicemail. In both cases, we provide a prompt response. We also respond to inquiries via email.
