The Academic Planning and Management Service is responsible for the coordination and management of the procedures and actions listed below through its three administrative sections:
Academic Management Section
- Preparation and development of university entrance exams EBAU and of over 25, 40 and 45 years old.
- Pre-registration for official undergraduate degrees from the ULL.
- Issuance of official academic degrees and those specific to the ULL.
Academic Planning Section
- Annual management of the teaching organization plan.
- Implementation, review and publication of official undergraduate, master's and doctoral degree curricula.
- Implementation and review of the University's own undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications.
- Preparation and maintenance of the institutional computer application for academic management UXXI-ACADÉMICO for the development of online pre-registration and enrollment processes for official undergraduate, master's and doctoral degrees, as well as for the establishment of a common academic management for all center secretariats.

External Internship Section
- Acceptance and registration of collaborating companies and entities, as well as their maintenance through the formalization and renewal, where applicable, of cooperation agreements.
- Registration and monitoring of the annual offer of external internship places by degree.
- Issuance and submission of certifications of external collaboration in the tutoring of external internships.
