The following strategic lines of action have been approved in the 2026 Annual Work Plan:

• Training and Skills: Creation of microcredentials (AI, digitization and entrepreneurship) and technical seminars to improve employability.
• Divulgation: Talks of entrepreneurial vocation, Visits to companies and active presence at job fairs and conferences.
• Research and Transfer: Call for applications Final Degree Project/Master's Thesis Awards, boost to industrial PhDs and creation of a Trends Observatory labor.
• Visibility and Management: Update of the website and social media, together with the institutional coordination between ULL and CEOE-Tenerife
