Promoting business development and transformation
Training
- University Microcredentials: Access to at least 7 new short and flexible training courses (between 1 and 2 ECTS credits) on entrepreneurship, digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence.
- Seminars and Training Modules: Face-to-face and online sessions on current legislation in labor relations and business development.
- Campus for Entrepreneurial Vocations: Specific activity scheduled for July aimed at fostering the entrepreneurial spirit.
Research and Transfer
- Awards for Undergraduate and Master's Theses: Annual call that recognizes and financially rewards the best Bachelor's and Master's theses in the field of business and labor relations.
- New Recognitions: Possible addition of awards for the best doctoral thesis or the best university entrepreneurship initiative.
- Business Challenges: Possibility of completing the final degree project (TFG) or master's thesis (TFM) by solving real problems posed directly by companies.
- Support for Doctoral Students: Dissemination of opportunities in industrial doctoral programs and support for the dissemination of their research.
Divulgation
- Entrepreneurial Vocation Talks: Three editions of meetings with leading businesspeople to learn about the professional reality up close (especially for students of Economics, Business, Tourism, Law and Labor Relations).
- Company Visits: Small group outings to observe the workings of leading organizations in the Canary Islands and to contact professionals.
- Event Attendance: Sponsorship to enable a student delegation to attend trade fairs or business events of interest.
- Participation in External Forums: Presence at "Business Week", job fairs, entrepreneurship hackathons and student conferences.
Cross-cutting
- Web and Social Networks: Platforms where students can consult the calls for awards, the offer of micro-credentials and the updated dates of the conferences.
- Query Resolution: Direct contact with the Chair to learn about the formulas for supporting research and knowledge transfer.
