Tenured Lecturer in Didactics and School Organization at the University of La Laguna. She holds a PhD in Philosophy and Educational Sciences, with training in Early Childhood Education, Psychomotor Skills, Pedagogy, and Educational Guidance, and is an expert in university teaching and digital competencies. She is the founder and director of an educational institution and a speaker at numerous courses on institutional improvement from a collaborative and inclusive perspective. She has numerous scientific publications and participates in teaching innovation and research projects, including those focused on intergenerational intervention with children, adolescents, and older adults. She is a researcher with the DISAE (Diversity, Health, and Education) research group.
