To position the Canary Islands and the University of La Laguna as national and international benchmarks in accessibility and inclusion for people with hearing, visual and deafblind disabilities, being recognized by society for promoting solutions that improve their autonomy, communication and quality of life.

Promoting the inclusion and accessibility of people with hearing, visual and deafblind disabilities in the Canary Islands, through research, training and dissemination in innovative technologies, digital solutions and public-private collaboration models.
