Civil Engineering Section

The Civil Engineering Section of the Higher Polytechnic School of Engineering has a Student Orientation Program, which was launched in the former School of Civil and Industrial Engineering, and which covers the following aspects:

  • To support and guide the student in their comprehensive training process.
  • To promote the integration of new students into the school and the university.
  • Identify the difficulties that arise during the first year (as well as subsequent years) and forward them to the center's quality committee for analysis and to establish the appropriate improvement proposals.
  • To advise the student in making decisions regarding academic training alternatives throughout their career
  • To guide the student on the career paths available after graduation.

In order to meet all the objectives described above, the School, in accordance with its Quality System, establishes a Guidance and Tutorial Action Plan each academic year that includes the following actions and activities:
