Student Delegation of the Agricultural Engineering Section

The Student Delegation is the body that represents the students of the Agricultural Engineering Department at the University of La Laguna. Its objectives include improving the department's operations and promoting active student participation.

We have a room on the first floor of the Center where both teachers and students can go to request information and contact student representatives.

Student Delegation of the Nautical, Machinery and Naval Radioelectronics Section

The Student Delegation of Nautical Studies is the representative body of the student community within the School of Nautical Studies, Marine Engineering, and Naval Radioelectronics, within the framework of the School Board, the Council of those Departments that teach at the School, the Governing Council, and the University Senate of La Laguna. It has its own responsibilities in matters of organization, coordination, and management. It also serves as a forum for debate and study, where student positions are expressed, and initiatives for the actions of the Representatives are developed and coordinated.

The full members of the Nautical Student Delegation are the Course or Group Delegates, the Student Representatives on the School Board, on the Councils of the Departments with Teaching at the School, on the Governing Council, and on the University of La Laguna's Senate. Furthermore, the Student Delegation is open to the collaboration of any other students.

Its aims are:

  • To ensure compliance with the rights and duties of students.
  • To debate and take positions on matters to be addressed in the School Board, Department Councils with teaching at the School, Governing Board and University of La Laguna Senate, as well as to submit proposals prepared within the Student Delegation to these organizations, and in general, to coordinate the actions that the members of the Student Delegation carry out in the university community.
  • To be a channel of information to the entire university community, especially the students belonging to the ETS Nautical, Machinery and Naval Radioelectronics, to collect opinions and complaints from students and forward them to the corresponding body, and to promote exchange and collaboration relationships with the different Student Delegations or Associations that carry out their activity at the University of La Laguna, as well as with other Student Delegations or Associations from other Universities.
