Mountain daisy

A shrubby plant up to 2 m tall. Leaves alternate, bi- or tripinnatifid with numerous broad, toothed lobes, dark green in color, glabrous or with a few scattered hairs. Flowers in large heads (the outer ones ligulate and white, the inner ones flosculate and yellow) with long peduncles. It is endemic to the island of Tenerife, typical of humid forests.
