Pink cliff clover

This species, endemic to the island of Tenerife, is very rare in the wild due to its endangered status. It is a shrub that grows up to 2 meters tall, highly branched from the base, with brittle stems. Its leaves are alternate, five-leafed, and have oblong-lanceolate leaflets. Its violet flowers appear in clusters in terminal inflorescences. The fruits are straight legumes containing several seeds.
