Doctoral studies are regulated by RD 99/2011, of January 28. This regulation establishes the mandatory nature for doctoral students to complete the Activity Record, the Personal Training Plan, and the Research Plan.
To facilitate compliance with this regulation, the computer tool called Register of Activities and Research Plan (RAPI). This tool is available in the Service Portal from the ULL. It is important to note that its maintenance and the provider of this service is not the ULL, but Universitas XXI, which is the platform used by most Spanish universities.
The person enrolled in doctoral studies must access the RAPI to comply with the mandatory procedure of registering their activities, Personal Training Plan and his Research PlanRAPI links the submitted and evaluated information to each doctoral student's file. Thesis advisors and supervisors will review the documents by accessing RAPI and verifying that they are consistent with the proper development of their students' doctoral studies. They will accept or reject the activities carried out, as well as the Personal Training Plan and the Research Plan.
The academic committee of each doctoral program will carry out the final evaluation.
