This training initiative represents a strategic commitment that reflects a strong dedication to modernizing the Public Administration and improving citizen services. This Specific Training Certificate is developed in collaboration with the Directorate General for Digital Transformation of Public Services of the Government of the Canary Islands (DGTDSP), the University of La Laguna (ULL), the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC), the General Foundation of the University of La Laguna, and the University Foundation of Las Palmas, and is endorsed by the Canary Islands Institute of Public Administration (ICAP). This inter-institutional alliance aims to guarantee academic excellence, knowledge transfer to the public sector, and the adaptation of the content to the territorial and administrative realities of the archipelago.
