Access and admission
Article 50. Access to Specific Training Qualifications.
A university degree will not be required for access to the Specific Training Certificates, without prejudice to the fact that the course implementation project must establish the access requirements, which must be in accordance with its aims
ACCESS REQUIREMENTS ESTABLISHED IN THE DEGREE MEMORY (SECTION 4.2):
You can access the Postgraduate Certificate in Property Administration and Real Estate Management:
- Option A. Students who meet the requirements for admission to official university degree studies, in accordance with the applicable regulations, may access studies leading to the award of university-specific degrees.
- Option B. In the event that the student does not meet the requirements for access to official undergraduate degrees, the academic direction of the degree may request the Vice-Rectorate, or the person or body to whom it delegates responsibility for the management of own degrees, to authorize said access, if the student proves work experience in the professional practice related to the administration of properties and real estate management of, at least, one year.
- Option C. Students who hold a foreign qualification equivalent to the one required of Spanish students may also be admitted. For this purpose, official recognition of the qualification is not required; rather, prior verification that it qualifies the holder for admission to undergraduate studies in the issuing country is sufficient.
The admissions process will be based on applications submitted by interested individuals, which will be processed by the ULL unit responsible for managing university-specific degrees. This unit will be in charge of verifying that applicants meet the admission requirements.
When the number of pre-registration applications exceeds the places offered, the Academic Committee of the degree will conduct an online interview with those who have pre-registered.
In the event that an applicant has higher education related to the subjects covered by this Title, the Academic Committee of the same may assess the validation of those subjects whose content coincides with that already taken by this person.
The application for recognition of subjects of the Own Degree in Property Administration and Real Estate Management must be made at the same time as the registration for each academic year.
It is the sole responsibility of the students to request any credit recognition they deem appropriate, as well as to provide all supporting documentation. Under no circumstances will the Degree Program Director or its Academic Committee conduct exploratory analyses regarding potential credit transfers.
