The Postgraduate Specialization Course in Initial Teacher Training (FIP-ULL) is aimed exclusively at teaching staff hired as Assistant Professors under Organic Law 2/2023 of the University System (LOSU) at the University of La Laguna.

This training must be carried out during the first year of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of article 78.b of the aforementioned Law.

Admission criteria
The course offers 35 places. When the number of people who meet the requirements exceeds the number of places available, the following criterion will be applied:

Seniority in the contract
People will be ordered according to the date of signing their contract as Assistant Professor LOSU, from highest to lowest seniority.

Two places, equivalent to 5 % of the places offered, will be reserved for people who have a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 %.

If vacancies remain after the pre-registration period has ended, the Academic Committee may open an extraordinary period and set the corresponding deadline.

Tuition
Enrollment for admitted students will be automatic. The cost of enrollment will be covered by the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching at the University of La Laguna.
