The External Internship course for the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of La Laguna is compulsory and aims to provide students with professional development. Internships are carried out in companies or institutions with an agreement and do not constitute an employment relationship.

There are two types: curricular (mandatory, part of the curriculum) and  extracurricular activities (volunteers).

Curricular Practices

• Requirement: It is essential to have enrolled in the course during the current academic year and to have passed 150 credits.
• Duration: 300 hours in total (12 ECTS): 245 hours at the institution, 5 hours for completing the final report and attending tutorials, and 50 hours dedicated to improving oral and written expression in English.
• Each student has an external tutor (from the company) and an academic tutor (from the ULL).
