Internships

These include in-person activities that aim to provide a greater practical component to academic training, connecting the training received with professional activities. These in-person activities are included in the fourth year and encompass training activities carried out in companies, entities, organizations, and institutions external to the university. Therefore, they will comply with the ULL's regulations for external internships (BOULL of June 8, 2020). The curriculum for the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences includes 12 credits of compulsory curricular and professional external internships. The training and professional performance of those pursuing this degree is eminently applied to the fields of education, sports management, and sports coaching. To enroll in External Internships, it is a requirement to have completed all the basic and compulsory credits for the first three years. Students will complete a 9-week internship to complete 225 hours at the external entity. Each student will choose, based on their preferences, a specific context in which to carry out their internship: an educational context, a sports management context, or a physical-sports training context.

For internships for the Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, the Faculty of Education currently has agreements with various sports institutions and/or public and private organizations.
