The admission profile is the knowledge, skills and abilities of the students who access the degree.

The Master's Degree in Human Resources Development and Management is aimed at students who are interested in specializing in the training and acquisition of skills focused on person-job adjustment, teamwork and quality of working life, in general, as well as for the area/function of human resources, in particular.

The Master's degree is aimed at graduates who meet the requirements of Article 16 of RD 1393/2007 and have the required level of English B1.
