For all students, the general (and minimum) requirement to be able to access an official master's degree from the University of La Laguna is to have at least a B1 level (or equivalent) of English accredited.
For non-Spanish speaking foreign students, they must also provide proof of a B1 level in Spanish, if it is not their native language.
Additionally, there are certain master's degrees or specializations whose minimum language requirement for admission by the Academic Committee is higher. These cases are:
In the MU for Teacher Training for Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training, and Language Teaching, in the Foreign Languages specialty, the corresponding C1 level of each language (English or French) is required.
In the MU in Nanoscience and Molecular Nanotechnology, it will be a requirement to prove proficiency in English at a level equivalent to or higher than B2.
