Resolution of the Vice-Rectorate for Students which announces, on a non-competitive basis, grants aimed at students enrolled in the first year of undergraduate degrees during the 2026-2027 academic year, intended to alleviate the effects of the digital divide.

Applications will be completed through the procedure established in the electronic headquarters such as "Request for computer equipment assistance.".

The application period will begin the day after the date of publication in the BOULL and will end on September 25, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. (Published in the BOULL of September 1, 2026).

Provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants. Deadline for corrections and claims until 23:59 hours on October 20.

Corrections: submit the documentation through the electronic office, «My procedures», open file of «Call for aid for first year undergraduate students, (2026-2027 academic year), intended to alleviate the effects of the digital divide»

Complaints: submit allegations through a General Application on the electronic portal, addressed to the Assistance Services Office.

Once notified, successful applicants must confirm their acceptance of the aid within 5 days by the assignment acceptance form. 

The document must be attached to the electronic headquarters in the same file that they have opened for "submission of documentation".

The laptops will be delivered to the Assistance Services Office within 10 days of notification, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
