Accommodation Service

The Accommodation Service of the University of La Laguna is responsible for the services provided in the university's accommodation centers, facilitating access to and continuation of studies for students with greater economic difficulties.

The Accommodation Service assumes as its strategic goal social, territorial and cultural cohesion, evolving towards professional and continuous management, aimed at ensuring that the services provided effectively and comprehensively meet the needs of users, consolidating levels of well-being, safety, health and hygiene that make it worthy of the trust of the entire university community, making the fulfillment of social goals compatible with respect for the legality of the access and stay regime in centers supported with public funds.

Services offered to the user

Reception

At the Parque de las Islas University Residence and at the Santa María and San Fernando Community Centers, which attends to the demands for information and immediate assistance of users and facilitates their access to other services, during user service hours (morning-afternoon)

Dining room

During the academic year, student residences provide lunch and dinner, adapting to residents' class schedules and allowing reservations for lunch in case of scheduling conflicts. A balanced diet is guaranteed, as well as a personalized menu for residents requiring a special diet.

Spaces and resources

Provision of resources and complementary services such as computer rooms, study rooms or library, audiovisual room, office, gym, wifi zone, spaces for cultural activities and laundry.

Maintenance and cleaning

The centers and residences have a cleaning service for the rooms and common areas, and a maintenance service responsible for carrying out a continuous inspection of the condition of the common areas of the accommodation centers to guarantee their full enjoyment by the users, carrying out the repairs within its competence.

Updated information

The user will have access to updated information on the ULL website regarding accommodation opportunities and the regulations governing the service.

Administration

Personalized attention and advice are provided to service users through in-person assistance, telephone support, or email, during user service hours (processing and resolution of requests). This service also handles any legal tasks that may arise with administrative or financial implications.
