Frequently Asked Questions
For volunteer activities, upon completion, you must submit a list of participants and their respective hours of dedication so that the ULL Solidaria team can issue the corresponding certificates of participation. You will then need to sign the official record to finalize the event.
Notifications will primarily be sent via email with all relevant information about the activity, including the date, time, location, and any other necessary details. The person in charge of the activity will be responsible for sending you all the details.
At the end of the activity, the person in charge will record the volunteer hours you dedicated. This information will be used to generate your certificate of participation and the corresponding activity report.
Once the activity is completed, the ULL Solidaria team issues a certificate indicating the number of hours of participation, which will be signed by the General Foundation of the University of La Laguna. Generally, the person responsible for the activity distributes the certificates. In other cases, they are sent directly by email.
