What do we mean by volunteering?

It is considered voluntary any person who carries out a non-mandatory activity, without economic or material remuneration, in a responsible and supportive manner, through projects or programs of entities that develop volunteer actions within areas of social interest.

Main objectives

  • Promote participation in volunteer activities
  • Promote solidarity projects from entities such as NGOs or collaborating institutions.
  • Developing commitment and solidarity as fundamental values at ULL.

What can you do?

Through ULL Solidaria you can:

  • Participate in volunteer activities organized by the ULL.
  • Collaborate with external entities that carry out solidarity actions on the island.
  • Propose your own solidarity initiatives (both individual and group).
  • Develop experiences that, in addition to being socially valuable, can be certified to add to your professional resume if they are carried out within the university community.
