Services
The School of Civil and Industrial Engineering, within its Internal Quality Assurance System, has a procedure PR-15 "Procedure for the management of services"«. This procedure defines how the School ensures the proper management of the services it provides to the university community. There is also a procedure PR-09 "Procedure for the management of incidents, complaints and suggestions"« which defines the School's systematic approach to dealing with and managing deviations, incidents, complaints and suggestions made by any member of the Stakeholder Groups, ensuring that they are studied and responded to effectively and that the necessary measures are taken to satisfactorily resolve the problem, if any.
The Management Team is responsible for defining the objectives of the School's internal services. The service managers, in turn, are responsible for defining the services' activities and planning. The Quality Manager is responsible for disseminating information about the services' activities and objectives.
