This micro-credential aims to train students in the analysis, design and development of digitization and digital transformation projects applicable to real professional contexts.
The program combines conceptual foundations with a practical approach based on the development of an applied project, enabling participants to understand digital transformation and translate it into concrete proposals for organizational improvement. Throughout the course, students will work with agile methodologies such as Design Thinking, Scrum, and Kanban, integrating them into the design and development of solutions aimed at improving the efficiency, competitiveness, and adaptability of organizations.
General objective
To train students to analyze, design and structure innovation and digital transformation projects, applying a systemic vision and agile methodologies, in order to generate viable and transferable solutions to real professional contexts.
Specific objectives
Analyze the fundamentals of digital transformation and its impact on organizations.
Identify needs, problems, and opportunities for improvement through a systemic vision.
Formulate innovation proposals focused on people and processes.
Apply agile methodologies (Design Thinking, Scrum, and Kanban) to the design and development of projects. Design digitization and digital transformation proposals applicable to real-world contexts.
A university degree is not required, but the following requirements must be met:

The course is delivered virtually through the Moodle classroom and is structured around an integrative project, which acts as the central focus of learning.
