The admission profile is the knowledge, skills and abilities of the students who access the degree.
The Master's degree will also allow access to graduates who meet the requirements of Article 16 of RD 1393/2007 and who also have the required B1 level of English.
Admission preference will be given to students with degrees in Science and Health Sciences.
Graduates in health sciences and sciences, such as pharmacists, veterinarians, graduates in food science and technology (CTA), doctors, chemists, biologists, etc.

Students who complete the master's degree will acquire the skills, knowledge and abilities established in the degree, with specialized and advanced training tailored to the professional qualification required to act as an expert in the field of food safety and quality. Professional skills can be developed both in public administrations with competences in food safety, and in the field of public or private companies that work in related topics. Therefore, graduates of the master's degree will be specialists and will be able to exercise and develop professional skills as a senior technician both in public administration and in private activity related to the field in which they have been trained. They will also be prepared to develop research work on topics related to food safety and quality and within Doctoral Programs, as a complement to their specialization.
