The seminar offers a space for dialogue and reflection on the relationship between mass tourism and ecosocial sustainability. Based on the preliminary results of the research project RESISTUR – Ecosocial Sustainability in Mass Tourist Destinations: Adaptation Strategies for Resident Populations (PID2024-159436OB-I00), it will address how the processes of touristification affect local ecosystems and the biocultural diversity of the territories.
