Economic and administrative management of framework agreements, conventions and research and knowledge transfer contracts signed through the OTC, ensuring their correct budgetary and accounting execution.It includes the control of income and expenses, the economic monitoring of agreements and the coordination with the economic services of the University of La Laguna.
Advice to research staff and collaborating entities on the processing of invoices derived from research and transfer agreements and contracts, including deadlines, necessary documentation and internal procedures.This service helps to streamline billing processes and avoid administrative issues.
Specialized advice on the eligibility of expenses attributable to research and transfer agreements and contracts, in accordance with applicable regulations and the specific conditions of each agreement.The area provides guidance on the types of expenses allowed, their proper justification, and their budgetary suitability.
Issuance of certificates for agreements signed through the OTC, necessary for justification, auditing, accountability or accreditation processes before third parties.This service guarantees the traceability and documentary support of the research and transfer activities carried out.
