The invention describes an ergometer for training and measuring physical performance in Canarian Wrestling and related sports such as Judo. The entire system can be moved vertically along axes and rotated from an adjustable position. The system can be adjusted using screws, and both the initial position and the weight can be regulated by elastic, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems. A series of sensors are strategically placed to measure the power transferred by the wrestler.
A monitoring unit allows for real-time visualization of parameters, enabling athletes, doctors, and coaches to understand the characteristics of the movement. Not only can forces be determined, but also the contact time between each sensor, providing a measurement of both applied power and speed of execution.
