The present invention discloses a device consisting of a glass container whose internal walls have been modified after successive activation, silanization and amidation reactions to accommodate a crystalline porous coating. This –Si–O–R–M–MOF atomic sequence coating is covalently bonded to the inner wall of the vessel in an inverted radial fashion. The vessel can be used for the extraction and preconcentration of analytes present in samples of varying nature, from environmental to biological. It is also proposed for use in drug dosage or for coloring or flavoring beverages.
