This strategy will improve the competitiveness of SMEs and create conditions for their internationalization, favoring their market positioning and innovation in the fishing sector and its value chain. It will promote entrepreneurship and self-employment and empower women. It will ensure its sustainability by establishing a MAC network of artisanal fishing alliances to improve their coordination and visibility and facilitate their market integration.
