Annals of the Faculty of Law It addresses both aspects of General Legal Theory and specific contributions to each of the legal disciplines. The published works are oriented from the perspective of contributing to the scientific-legal debate, as well as analyzing and organizing jurisprudential criteria on the various matters belonging to each sector of the legal system. It also periodically includes a chronicle of the ongoing process of amending the Italian Constitution.
