Atlantis Magazine

Canary Islands Journal of Social Sciences Atlántida is an initiative of the Political and Social Sciences faculty at the University of La Laguna (ULL). Its aim is to create a space for interdisciplinary dialogue and debate that fosters a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the complex and multidimensional social realities of today's world. Plurality—in disciplines, theoretical perspectives, methodological strategies, and even in the phenomena deemed worthy and relevant to study—is one of its defining characteristics. It aspires to publish works from anywhere in the world, regardless of their origin or subject of study. Atlántida focuses particularly on three spatial and social areas: the Spanish and European world, Latin America, and West Africa.
