The Faculty of Education at the University of La Laguna has a Guidance and Tutoring Action Plan (POAT) designed to address the needs and demands of students, especially new students, who require support to integrate into the higher education process. The Faculty of Education's POAT is the result of a development process that began over a decade ago and was officially recognized by the Faculty Board in the 2003-04 academic year.
