Infrastructure for clinical practices

As the EUENSC is the owner of the Canary Islands Health Service, it has the same healthcare infrastructure, both in terms of specialized care and primary care.

The NSC University Hospital and the Health Centers where students complete their clinical placements are accredited as teaching centers.

The school's students carry out internships in the following areas:

Health centers belonging to the Canary Islands Health Service:

• Candelaria-Ofra University Hospital Complex:
• Our Lady of Candelaria University Hospital
• Ofra Hospital
• Primary Care Centers. Tenerife Health Area
• University Hospital of the Canary Islands
• Teaching Unit of Family and Community Medicine.
• External Area of Psychiatry.

Centers related to drug addiction care:

• Drug Addiction Care Unit (UAD).
• Day center of the San Miguel Youth Cooperation Association.
• HUC Hospital Treatment and Detoxification Unit.

Other internship locations with which the EUENSC maintains agreements:

• Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC).
• IASS Social Health Centers.
