Teaching coordination

The Center's Management Team is responsible for:

Prepare exam schedules and calendars.

Create groups to carry out the different activities, in a coordinated manner across all subjects in the course.

Assign classrooms, demonstration rooms, and laboratories for the various scheduled activities (a space coordinator is available for this task).

The ULL-EUENSC Academic Commission is responsible for:

Establish horizontal and vertical coordination mechanisms for all aspects involved in the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Bachelor's degree.

Review the teaching guides for all subjects in the curriculum, checking the content and its correspondence with the degree's competencies.

The Center's Internship Committee, which includes all the clinical internship coordinators, is responsible for:

Plan clinical practices.

Make the call for clinical practices.

Create groups and assign students to them.

The Center's Mobility Commission, which includes the coordinators of the national and international mobility programs, is responsible for:

Develop mobility promotion activities

Obtain information on the development and results of mobility programs

The area coordinators are responsible for:

  1. The Area Coordination will be carried out by full- or part-time faculty members, who will collaborate with the Directorate for the academic management of the EUENSC.
  2. The coordinating professor will be appointed by the director of the EUENSC.
  3. Its functions include:
    1. Ensure the orientation of the teachings imparted in the area coordinated in accordance with the curriculum.
    2. Coordinate student evaluation together with teachers.
    3. Participate in the preparation of the center's annual report.
    4. Carry out the academic guidelines issued by the Management.

Subject coordinators are responsible for:

Prepare the course's teaching guide, agreeing with the rest of the teaching team on the course's content, methodology, and assessment criteria.

Call meetings with the subject's teaching team.

Coordinate the subject, adapting the content and timing of the different activities.
