Admission profile

The admission profile is the knowledge, skills and abilities of the students who access the degree.

The Master's degree will also allow access to graduates who meet the requirements of Article 16 of RD 1393/2007 and who also have the required B1 level of English.

The recommended entry profile for students of this Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering is that of those students who prove to have acquired the skills of a degree with the characteristics described in point 4.2.2 of the Order CIN/311/2009 of February 9 This Master's degree does not cover additional training, so candidates must have acquired the skills leading to a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the corresponding educational institutions.

They will be able to access the Master's degree that qualifies them to practice the profession of Industrial Engineer.

1. Those candidates who hold the title of Industrial Technical Engineer and whose training is in accordance with that established in section 5 of the aforementioned Ministerial Order, who have obtained the Certificate from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, of equivalence of their title to that of a Bachelor's Degree (MECES 2).
2. Those candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, in its different specialties.

Likewise, access to the master's degree will be permitted when the interested party's degree certifies that he or she has completed the basic training module and the module common to the branch, even if it does not cover a complete block of the specific technology module, but rather 48 credits of those offered in all the blocks of said module of a degree that qualifies for the practice of Industrial Technical Engineer, in accordance with the aforementioned Ministerial Order.

The ideal profile will be the one that guarantees adequate training to take the subjects established in this master's degree with the greatest benefit.

Graduates with degrees in industrial activity that do not allow them to practice the profession of Industrial Technical Engineer must also present in their application for admission a certificate from their university of origin stating that the studies leading to their academic degree satisfy the requirements of section 4.2.2 of Order CIN 311/2009.

Graduation profile

The graduate profile is the skills, knowledge and abilities that the student must have acquired upon completion of the degree. This information is included in the section on competencies/learning outcomes defined for the title.

The graduate of this master's degree will therefore be a graduate with specialized and advanced training with professional capacity and qualification.

Graduates of this Master's degree have the opportunity to work in both the public and private sectors as they can lead work teams of any kind.
