The degree has the structures and mechanisms for the organisation, management, evaluation and monitoring of external internships, which are specified in: the Academic Committee of the Master (CAM), the Coordination of External Internships, the academic tutors and External tutors. At the degree level, the Coordinator of External Internships, who is included in the Teaching Guide, is responsible for managing the development of the subject:
External Internships are an integrated set of activities that provide direct experience in professional fields. Students will complete internships in different services, units, and centers and will be supervised during their internship by a University lecturer and a professional (with the appropriate qualifications) from the collaborating company, entity, or institution. Students will be assessed under the conditions described in the Teaching Guide and must follow the general guidelines for completing the internship. Students will be evaluated based on the professional tutor's assessment of the performance, involvement, and interpersonal skills demonstrated during the internship, and on the academic tutor's assessment of the quality and accuracy of the Internship Report.
The Academic Committee will carry out a process for the selection and assignment of academic tutors to students. The choice of centers and tutors is proposed by the students in order of priority according to the score obtained in the admission process to the Master's degree.
The Coordination of External Internships, in each specialty of the degree, together with the academic tutors, is responsible for agreeing with the external tutors of the entities the number of students admitted, the temporality and the activities to be carried out by the students.
