Authorship Rights

The works published in Scientia Insularum are the property of the journal. Therefore, authors of accepted manuscripts must transfer, prior to publication, the exploitation and reproduction rights of their articles. This rights transfer is intended to protect the common interest of authors and editors.

Authors may include the works they publish in this journal on their personal websites, in institutional or thematic repositories, as well as on academic and research social networks. In doing so, they must obligatorily mention the original publication in Scientia Insularum and specify the type of Creative Commons reuse license under which their work is published in the journal.

By publishing on other sites or web platforms, the number of citations of their works is likely to increase. For this reason, the journal encourages authors to disseminate their work in accordance with the aforementioned terms.
