Description
Football is one of the most popular and widely played sports in the world. It is a team sport where two teams of 11 players compete simultaneously on the field. The players occupy different positions on the rectangular field, which has two goals, one at each end, guarded by goalkeepers who prevent the opposing team from scoring. The objective of the game is to score the most goals against the opposing team while conceding the fewest. The team with the greatest goal difference wins, always adhering to the rules of the sport, which prioritize fair play, non-violence, equal treatment, and so on.
The guided football activity will be led by sports coaches on half of the grass pitch, using a cross-field approach. Participants will engage in individual, paired, and team drills focusing on technique, tactics, and strategy, putting what they've learned into practice in realistic game situations. No prior experience is required; just enthusiasm and a desire to learn and have fun. Please bring comfortable, breathable sportswear, and multi-stud boots for artificial turf are recommended.
