Description
The rise of popular, non-federated races has led to more and more people preparing to participate in these types of events, whether for competitive purposes or simply for fun or involvement in a social cause.
The activity will provide the basic knowledge necessary to participate in these events without taking risks.
Goals
- To offer users the necessary technical advice to run correctly (technique), in order to optimize their performance and reduce as much as possible their exhaustion due to bad habits or incorrect running techniques that pose a risk.
- To raise awareness of the importance of individualized training, adapting it to the conditions, qualities and characteristics of each person, so that they enjoy their participation in popular races and try to improve their own records and achieve their goals.
- To provide the necessary tools to be able to develop their own sports planning in preparation for their participation in events of this type.
- To guide people who regularly practice other sports and who understand that an improvement in their running technique and performance in running races can be beneficial to them.
