Description
Aerodance is a directed aerobic activity that combines music and different types of dances (such as pop, flamenco, salsa, merengue and African and Arabic rhythms) in simple choreographies designed to improve coordination, balance, cardiovascular capacity, expressiveness, self-expression, muscle toning and agility in a fun and dynamic way.
In aerodance, each person sets their own limits by performing the movements with varying intensity, amplitude, and, if applicable, with a greater or lesser jump amplitude, or simply without jumping to reduce the impact.
The most important thing in this activity is to have fun and... not lose your smile, to the rhythm of the music!
