DEVELOPMENT OF A HIGH-RESOLUTION, HIGH-SPEED QUANTITATIVE PHASE-CONTRAST MICROSCOPE FOR 3D IMAGING OF BIOLOGICAL SAMPLES. MICROFAVAR (High-Speed, High-Resolution Phase-Contrast Microscope)

This project aims to develop an innovative quantitative phase-measuring microscope with subnanometer resolution and real-time measurement capabilities for applications in biomedicine and diagnostic medicine. It will allow the visualization of transparent samples in non-invasive applications, without the use of markers, contrast agents, or phototoxic agents such as lasers or other aggressive radiation that could alter the sample's behavior.
