Obtaining new composite materials from natural fiber binders and waste products

Development and applications of a new (patented) material composed of paper fiber, liquid binder, powdered cement, foaming agent, and microbubble air. The material is easy to mold by hand and readily conforms to the shape of any mold. It is prepared, sets, and hardens at room temperature. It is non-toxic or of low toxicity (keeping in mind that a small percentage of the population may be allergic to some of its components, such as commercial cement) and uses paper fiber that can be derived from recycled material. The material has demonstrated high mechanical resistance to breakage, as verified in laboratory tests (Official Laboratory for Testing Construction Materials of the Government of the Canary Islands).
