Area of Law (DER)

It encompasses all sectors and disciplines of the legal system, from both a national and international perspective. It includes matters pertaining to Public Law (organization of the State, administrative action, tax, criminal, and procedural aspects) and those of Private Law (the individual and their legal and patrimonial actions, family and inheritance; the market, consumption, and business), without prejudice to other issues, such as the legal regulation of labor, which lies somewhere between these two categories. Furthermore, it includes aspects related to the historical evolution of Law (including Roman Law), as well as those characteristic of the theoretical and philosophical vision of the legal system.
