Gender (in)equality at the University of La Laguna

This document summarizes the work carried out by the Working Committee for the Development of the Equality Plan (CTEPI). This body initially focused on designing indicators and their respective benchmarks for assessing gender equality at the University of La Laguna (ULL), adapting the guidelines from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) for developing equality plans in universities. The Gender Equality Unit collected the data required by the CTEPI and, where appropriate, statistically analyzed it to produce results in the form of tables and graphs. The period analyzed covered, whenever possible, the evolution from the 2007/08 to the 2010/11 academic years.
