The degree program has a system for complaints, suggestions and compliments, integrated into the SGIC of the center, through which you can send your opinion on any aspect related to the activity and operation of the center and its degrees.
You can submit your claim, complaint, suggestion or compliment through the ULL electronic headquarters.
Once the document containing the claim, complaint or suggestion is received, the procedure begins with the aim of responding to the interested party, taking into account the nature and content of the claim, complaint or suggestion.
You can also collaborate in this improvement process by participating in the institutional satisfaction surveys that are applied periodically and systematically, which are sent by email to all stakeholders linked to theuniversity (Students, faculty, administrative and service staff, graduate students, employers, etc.).
