The degree covers 12 months of face-to-face teaching and laboratory practice and 4 months of work placements, and is demanding in terms of the necessary dedication of its students. In exchange, paid internships are usually offered, even for foreigners, throughout the European Union and which can be combined part-time with teaching. This leads to job placement rates close to 100%, the creation and development of spin-off companies, as well as the development of R&D&I activities within national and European projects.
