What do I need to do to obtain the certificate of participation in the International Conference "Campus América"?
To obtain the certificate of participation, you must attend a minimum of 5 activities in the programme.
In addition, you must meet these requirements:
- Opening ceremony (19 October): attendance is compulsory.
- Discussion panels: you must attend at least 1 discussion panel scheduled in the programme. These activities have limited capacity and require prior booking.
- Cultural activities and workshops: you must attend at least 1 activity of this type. Some have limited capacity and require prior booking.
- Closing ceremony (30 October): attendance is optional. If you wish to take part, booking a place is necessary, as capacity is limited.
Important: at the entrance to each activity you will find a QR code that you must scan to register your attendance.
Will I receive any certificate from the International Conference "Campus América"?
Yes. If you meet the attendance requirements established in the terms and conditions set out in the previous question, you will receive a general certificate of participation in the International Conference "Campus América".
Do I receive any certificate for taking part in the seminars?
Yes. Whether you attend in person or online, a certificate of seminar attendance will be issued.
What are the certificates like?
There are two types of certificates:
Certificate of attendance for seminars: a certificate will be issued for each seminar in which you have registered and confirmed your attendance. For in-person attendance, attendance will be recorded via the QR code available at the entrance of the seminar. In online mode, you must register your attendance through the link provided to record your attendance in Google Meet.
How do I register for the seminars?
On the website you can check all the seminars that will be delivered during Campus América. Within each seminar, you will find a registration link that will take you directly to the enrolment form.
Are the seminars available online?
Yes. You can register to attend the seminars in person or online.
On the registration page, you will find two options:
- In-person attendance: select the option "Free". This option corresponds to in-person attendance at the seminar.
- Online attendance: select the option "Online". This option allows you to follow the seminar remotely via the platform provided for this purpose.
Why do I have to book my place for the wine tasting on 23 October?
The wine tasting is a free activity with a capacity limited to 30 places. For this reason, it is necessary to book your place in advance to be able to attend.
To book your place, you will find a questionnaire provided on the website that you must complete.
How do I confirm my attendance at activities, seminars, and other events?
To confirm your attendance, you must scan the QR code you will find at the entrance of each activity.
Registering via this code will allow your attendance at the event to be validated.
Are the total hours shown for the seminars correct?
Not necessarily. The total number of hours appearing on the website is calculated automatically by adding the time elapsed between the start and the end of the seminar. Therefore, when a seminar takes place over several days or has sessions in different shifts, the system may show a number of hours higher than the actual training hours.
For example, if a seminar starts on one day and finishes the next day, the website may count all the hours elapsed between both moments, even if during that interval there is no activity.

Why don't I receive a confirmation email when I submit a questionnaire?
Upon completing the questionnaire, a confirmation email is not sent automatically. The registration is recorded once you complete and successfully submit the form.
If you need to verify that your registration has been successfully completed, you can check the form details again or contact the organisation.
I am external to the ULL, how can I register?
If you do not belong to the Universidad de La Laguna (ULL), you must first register on the Sede Electrónica of the Fundación General de la Universidad de La Laguna (FGULL) to create your user profile.

Once the registration is complete, you will be able to register for the Campus América 2026 activities without any problems.
Important: registering on the Sede Electrónica is only required to create your profile and complete the registration.
Does the Chilean and Canary Islands wine tasting have limited places?
Yes, there are only 30 places for this activity. Priority will be given to those who have registered first.
On 20 October, we will send an email to confirm attendance. If places become available, we will notify people on the waiting list. We will also inform those who ultimately do not secure a place by email.
The remaining Campus América activities do not have this capacity restriction.
